Unbecoming

The more we allow ourselves to feel, the deeper our laugh.

When you grow your capacity for grief you also grow your capacity for joy.

Don’t fear the contrasts. Trust in the knowing that in order to be reborn you need to allow yourself to disappear.

You need to accept the discomfort of letting go of that part of you that you and others are so familiar with, in order to allow new seeds to grow.

Nothing is lost in the process. This new simplicity only brings you closer to your wholeness.🌱

Lovely thing to learn from water. Adjust yourself to every situation and in any shape. But most importantly: find your own way to flow.

Those who know me know how much I love the ocean, the sea, the rivers. It’s where I recharge, where I search for inspiration, where I feel free and most alive.

Maybe that’s why this analogy speaks to me.
