TEAM’s rebranding was driven by the ambition to consolidate its ecosystem into a clearer, more cohesive and aspirational brand. Through a new brand architecture, naming system and visual identity, the project strengthens recognition across all areas of activity while positioning TEAM with a strong, emotionally driven identity within a shared REMAX ecosystem. Designed to coexist harmoniously without dilution, the brand gains its own voice, authority and autonomy, capable of standing independently while remaining strategically aligned.
The visual identity emerges from a carefully crafted typographic approach, balancing simplicity, sophistication, modernity and timelessness. Subtle custom details — including the “t” form inspired by the number “1” — reinforce leadership and differentiation, embodying the brand’s positioning as “Acima da Média” (Above Average). More than a tagline “Acima da Média”, it acts as a cultural mantra, expressing ambition, excellence and distinction.
The parent brand’s red conveys energy and leadership, while sub-brands adopt complementary tones that ensure visual coherence and thematic clarity. A simple and modular architecture allows the ecosystem to evolve naturally — supporting new sub-brands, new areas and future formats — with each extension emerging as a logical and visual continuation of the TEAM universe.
The result is an “Above Average” rebranding — a distinctive and autonomous identity within a highly standardised landscape of REMAX agency groups, positioning TEAM as a strong, strategic and future-ready brand in a competitive and constantly evolving sector.

Lives in Homes is the redefinition of real estate mediation—elevating it into a unique and enriching experience. Placing human relationships and the singularity of each home at its core, the brand embodies the true “art of living” in Portugal—connecting communities, people, places, culture, art, artisans, and the real estate market.
The visual identity balances tradition with modernity, expressing the essence of Portuguese heritage and excellence. Its bespoke typography fuses classical and contemporary elements—minimalist strokes with subtle sophistication, combining timeless serifs with a clean sans serif for elegance and modernity.
The brand symbol, inspired by the geometric richness of Portuguese cobblestone and tile patterns, adopts a modular structure of shapes. At its center lies the human connection at the heart of every home, with forms symbolizing the interplay between people and spaces, and the lives that flow harmoniously within them.
The color palette was carefully curated to embody warmth, trust, and sophistication. The toasted yellow—Lives in Homes’ primary color—evokes optimism, vitality, and the distinctive Portuguese sunlight, creating a sense of brightness and well-being.
Through this balance of heritage and contemporaneity, Lives in Homes emerges as a vibrant and human-centered identity—an invitation to experience life as it is meant to be lived.
