We would like to thank all participants for attending the ILA 79th Biennial Conference, Kyoto online. Also, our gratitude goes to ILA HQs, 26 young scholars and Committee & Study Group Session Chairs for their generous support and cooperation.

Thanks to you all, the first virtual ILA Conference 2020, Kyoto has been completed, and see you all again in Lisbon!

Closing Plenary on Sunday 13 Dec!

Thank you very much for your active participation. We are delighted to announce that all 26 sessions have been concluded.
Please be reminded that the Closing Plenary will be held on Sunday, 13 Dec @18:00-21:00 JST/09:00-12:00 GMT.

The Closing event will be in two parts:
1. Adoption of Resolutions & Reports and Speeches by the 2020 Scholarship Award Winners
2. Speeches by guest speakers:
Mr. MOTEGI Toshimitsu, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan (MOFA)
（Mr. OKANO Masataka, Legal Adviser and Director-General of International Legal Affairs Bureau of MOFA will read the message on his behalf.)
-The Rt Hon Lord Jonathan Mance, Chair of International Law Association (ILA),
-Judge Shunji Yanai, President of the Japan Branch of ILA,
-Professor Manuel de Almeida Ribeiro, President of the Portugal Branch,
