Após vários pedidos, realizámos o Torneio de Padel em Esmoriz, juntando 20 talentos num dia cheio de garra, fair play... e bolo!

Porque competir é bom, mas partilhar é ainda melhor, terminámos com um almoço descontraído, celebrando não só os pontos ganhos, mas também os laços que nos unem.

Our Porto office proved that we know how to play as a team… on and off the court! 💪

After several requests, we made it happen: the Padel Tournament in Esmoriz, bringing together 20 talented colleagues for a day full of energy, fair play… and cake!

Because competing is great, but sharing is even better, we wrapped it up with a relaxed lunch, celebrating not just the points scored but the bonds that make us stronger.

No mês passado, os nossos talentos participaram num dos eventos mais relevantes para quem vive o ecossistema Microsoft 365, Power Platform e Azure.

O 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝗯𝗼𝗮 é muito mais do que um encontro técnico: é um espaço para explorar tendências, trocar experiências e fortalecer a comunidade tecnológica. Participar neste tipo de eventos é essencial para mantermos a nossa equipa na vanguarda da inovação e reforçar o nosso papel como parceiro de excelência em soluções 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁.

Last month, our talents participated in one of the most relevant events for those who live in the Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure ecosystem.

𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝘀𝗯𝗼𝗻 is much more than a technical meeting: it is a space to explore trends, exchange experiences, and strengthen the technology community. Participating in this type of event is essential to keep our team at the forefront of innovation and reinforce our role as a partner of excellence in 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁 solutions.

Encerrámos a 1ª edição do Programa WOM – Mentoring em Portugal! ✨

Durante 3 meses, vivemos uma jornada transformadora de desenvolvimento, partilha e empoderamento feminino. 15 talentos femininos da Inetum embarcaram numa experiência de mentoria estruturada, guiada pelo modelo do Instituto Más Mujeres, com sessões inspiradoras, formações práticas e encontros de networking.

Mais do que um programa, o WOM foi um espaço de crescimento mútuo onde mentors e mentees aprenderam, refletiram e construíram – juntos - caminhos para uma liderança mais equilibrada, consciente e inclusiva.

Um especial agradecimento a todos os talentos envolvidos por tornarem esta iniciativa possível. Um novo futuro começa com o fechar do capítulo de hoje.



We’ve wrapped up the 1st edition of the WOM Mentoring Program in Portugal! ✨

Over the past 3 months, we embarked on a transformative journey of development, sharing, and female empowerment. 15 talented women at Inetum participated in a structured mentoring experience guided by the Instituto Más Mujeres model, featuring inspiring sessions, practical training, and networking opportunities.

More than just a program, WOM became a space for mutual growth where mentors and mentees learned, reflected, and built – together – pathways toward more balanced, conscious, and inclusive leadership.

A special thank you to all the amazing talents who made this initiative possible. A new future begins as we close today’s chapter.

Na semana passada, a Inetum marcou presença no 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁, com a participação do nosso 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘛𝘦𝘤𝘩𝘯𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘪𝘦𝘴, Jose Eduardo Fonseca, numa sessão dedicada à Inteligência Artificial enquanto ferramenta transformadora dos negócios.

Moderada por Bruno Horta Soares (𝘌𝘹𝘦𝘤𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘈𝘥𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘰𝘳 & 𝘜𝘯𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘧𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘰𝘳), a conversa contou com 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘴 valiosos de Cláudio Pimentel (CIO da Cofidis Portugal) e Rodrigo Fernandes (𝘊𝘰-𝘧𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳 da Augusta Labs), que reforçaram conceitos essenciais como ética, regulação, explicabilidade, confiança, responsabilidade, autenticidade e métricas - sempre aliados a um elemento fundamental: o 𝗳𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗼.

Esta participação reforça o compromisso da Inetum em desenvolver e aplicar soluções de Inteligência Artificial de forma responsável, com as pessoas e a confiança no centro da revolução tecnológica.

Last week, Inetum took part in the 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁, with our 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘛𝘦𝘤𝘩𝘯𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘪𝘦𝘴, José Eduardo Fonseca, joining a session focused on Artificial Intelligence as a transformative business tool.

Moderated by Bruno Horta Soares (𝘌𝘹𝘦𝘤𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘈𝘥𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘰𝘳 & 𝘜𝘯𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘧𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘰𝘳), the conversation included valuable insights from Cláudio Pimentel (CIO of Cofidis Portugal) and Rodrigo Fernandes (Co-founder of Augusta Labs), highlighting key concepts such as ethics, regulation, explainability, trust, responsibility, authenticity, and metrics — always anchored by a fundamental element: the 𝗵𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿.

Ontem, realizámos a 8ª edição do Inetum Customer Day, que transformou o Porto num verdadeiro epicentro de inovação, tecnologia e inspiração. Reunimos líderes do setor, parceiros estratégicos e clientes para um dia de conversas estimulantes, partilha de histórias de sucesso e reflexão sobre o impacto real da transformação digital.

Insights que marcaram o dia:
🔹 Pedro Gomes Santos, CEO da Inetum, abriu o evento com uma visão clara: tecnologia com propósito e proximidade ao cliente;
🔹 João Monteiro e Jose Eduardo Fonseca trouxeram a ambição estratégica das áreas de Solutions e Technologies;
🔹 Rui Santos da IBM subiu a palco com o nosso Carlos Oliveira para mostrar como a observabilidade 360º com Instana está a revolucionar a automatização;

🔹 O encerramento ficou a cargo de Rui Martins Costa, diretor comercial a norte, que reforçou o compromisso da Inetum com soluções que geram impacto real.

Para tornar esta experiência mais única, os participantes tiveram a oportunidade de experimentar soluções como GenAI4SAP, Public Cloud e SAP, tornando o futuro digital mais próximo e palpável.

The digital future took center stage in Porto! 🚀

Yesterday, we hosted the 8th edition of the Inetum Customer Day, turning Porto into a true epicenter of innovation, technology, and inspiration. We brought together industry leaders, strategic partners, and clients for a day filled with thought-provoking conversations, success stories, and reflections on the real impact of digital transformation.

Key insights from the day:
🔹 Pedro Gomes Santos, CEO of Inetum, opened the event with a clear vision: technology with purpose and proximity to the client;
