Hoje celebra-se o Dia do Trabalhador em homenagem aos trabalhadores que, a 01/05/1886, impulsionaram a luta pelos direitos dos trabalhadores em todo o mundo.

Today we celebrate Labour Day and we pay homage to the workers that, on 01/05/1886, started the fight for better working conditions all over the world.

Physical activity helps you cope with stress (be it everyday life type of stress or work-related).

And it can be as simple as stretching every 2 hours so as to release the tension in your muscles (especially your back, shoulders and neck muscles and even your eyes, just in case you work in front of a computer all day long).
