What does the RaRe2 toolbox look like in the context of modern manufacturing?

At the recent EFFRA General Assembly, the panel discussion “Human-centric manufacturing in the age of AI: Tools, skills and industrial transformation” highlighted a crucial question for Europe’s industry: how do we ensure that AI-driven transformation keeps people at its core?

Representing European Federation for Welding, Joining and Cutting (EWF), Director Eurico Assunçao contributed to the discussion, bringing forward the role of skills, qualification, and workforce readiness in this transition.
