På söndag den 5e december kl 11-14 håller jag en workshop i Carcavelos, på svenska!
Vi kommer att väcka kroppen på cellnivå genom rörelseglädje, undersöka konceptet yielding, utforska vår inre arkitektur och på så sätt hitta vår styrka och avslappning.

Gets me every time! Books are sexy in my opinion! Someone brilliant took this photo💗 A book will take you somewhere, on an adventure and you might have new discoveries and experiences. To me it is often about how I can embody what I just read. Where does it land in my body? Is this true to me? How is it affecting me? I prefer it not to stay in the brain but to travel down...😘 Excuse me now I will go and enjoy a good book!
