Store Keeper Vacancy :

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
Checks inventory records for accuracy.
Compiles reports on various aspects of changes in inventory.
Keeps records of items shipped, received, or transferred to another location.
Organizes the warehouse space and ensures all materials are in the correct place in the warehouse and are stored properly and marked with barcode labels accordingly
Follows up on orders
Dispatches materials to customers and checks if they match the ordered quantity.
Makes a delivery note for anything that it’s dispatch from warehouse.
Manage the dispatch and return to specialized tools and equipment to engineers.
Performs any other duties related to his job as assigned by the Direct Supervisor.

Job Requirements

A 4-year Degree or 2-year Diploma in a relevant field
3 years' minimum experience in store operation
Good communication skills
Computer skills
Excellent knowledge with BISAN Enterprise account management platform.
Resident in Ramallah Governate is an advantage

• Good knowledge is troubleshooting and proper use of tools.
• Organized, motivated and dedicated.
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to work 5 days/week 8 am to 5 pm
• Ownership of a car is a plus.
• Jerusalem ID is a plus

تأسست شركة Intermed - Pal عام 1984 في القدس , و هي متخصصة في توفير الاجهزة والمستلزمات الطبية على اختلافها و تنوعه اختصاصاتها . في عام 1999 نقلت Intermed مقرها الرئيسي إلى رام الله مع الاحتفاظ بفرع عملياتها في غزة.

اليوم ، تتربع شركة Intermed على 500 متر مربع في مدينة البيرة مع مستودع بمساحة 500 متر مربع في المنطقة الصناعية برام الله. تضم الشركة ضمن طواقمها 14 من مهندسي المعدات الطبية ذوي الخبرة الذين يقدمون دعم مميز لعملاء الشركة. حيث يتم تدريب هؤلاء المهندسين في المصانع للشركات الام بشكل مكثف على المعدات التي توفرها الشركة لتوفير التركيب المناسب وتدريب المستخدم وإصلاح ما بعد البيع.

كان للشركة دور ريادي و مميز في دعم التعليم و التدريب للعديد من الكوادر العاملة في المجال الطبي في فلسطين , بالاضافة الى تقديم الدعم السخي و المشاركة في المؤتمرات العلمية على المستوى الوطني و العربي.
حيث سيعقد المؤتمر بتاريخ 17-19 نوفيمبر 2022, في مسرح الهلال الاحمر في مدينة البيرة. .
