نظم مركز الدعم النفسي والإرشاد القانوني للنساء، من خلال المستشارة القانونية عطاء الأعرج وبالتنسيق مع جمعية عودة للتنمية والتأهيل، لقاءً توعوياً قانونياً بعنوان "من السلوك إلى المسؤولية القانونية" في مدرسة ذكور عسكر الجديد.
تناول اللقاء مفهوم السلوك اليومي وعلاقته بالمسؤولية القانونية، بهدف تعزيز وعي الطلبة بالسلوكيات اليومية التي قد تشكل مخالفات قانونية، مع التركيز على موضوعي التنمر والجرائم الإلكترونية. وقد أوضحت المستشارة القانونية مفهوم التنمر وأشكاله وآثاره السلبية على الأفراد والبيئة المدرسية، كما بينت المسؤولية القانونية المترتبة على بعض الممارسات التي قد يعتبرها الطلبة نوعاً من المزاح أو سلوكاً عادياً، في حين أنها تشكل انتهاكاً لحقوق الآخرين.
كما تطرق اللقاء إلى محور الجرائم الإلكترونية، وخاصة التنمر الإلكتروني، حيث تم توضيح أبرز صور الجرائم الإلكترونية مثل التشهير والابتزاز وانتهاك الخصوصية، والتأكيد على أهمية الاستخدام الآمن والمسؤول للتكنولوجيا ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، إضافة إلى التعريف بالآليات القانونية المتبعة للتعامل مع هذه القضايا. وشهد اللقاء تفاعلاً إيجابياً من الطلبة من خلال طرح الأسئلة والمشاركة في النقاشات المتعلقة بالمواقف اليومية التي قد تؤدي إلى المساءلة القانونية، مما عكس اهتمامهم بأهمية الوعي القانوني في حياتهم اليومية.
وفي ختام اللقاء، أوصت الهيئة التدريسية بأهمية الاستمرار في تنفيذ اللقاءات التوعوية القانونية الموجهة للطلبة وأولياء الأمور، وتعزيز التعاون بين المدرسة والأسرة والمؤسسات المجتمعية للحد من ظاهرتي التنمر والجرائم الإلكترونية، وبناء بيئة تعليمية آمنة وداعمة للجميع.

The Psychological Support and Legal Counseling Center for Women, represented by Legal Counselor Atta Al-Araj and in coordination with Awda Association for Development and Rehabilitation, organized a legal awareness session entitled “From Behavior to Legal Responsibility” at New Askar Boys School.
The session addressed the concept of daily behavior and its relationship to legal responsibility, aiming to raise students’ awareness of everyday actions that may constitute legal violations, with a particular focus on bullying and cybercrime. The legal counselor explained the concept of bullying, its various forms, and its negative impact on individuals and the school environment. She also highlighted the legal consequences of certain behaviors that students may perceive as harmless jokes or ordinary conduct, but that may, in fact, constitute violations of others' rights.
The session also covered cybercrimes, particularly cyberbullying, outlining common forms of online offenses such as defamation, blackmail, and violations of privacy. Emphasis was placed on the importance of the safe and responsible use of technology and social media platforms, as well as on introducing the legal mechanisms available to address such issues.
