We are thrilled to announce our latest accomplishment in collaboration with the esteemed Nawa Association for Culture and Arts (Nawa for Culture and Arts Association جمعية نوى للثقافة والفنون). We have successfully developed the second version of the Administrative Procedures Manual, paving the way for enhanced institutional competence within the organization.

This transformative task was undertaken as part of the project "Empowering the Capabilities of Nawa in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, Learning, Digital Technology, Communication, and Psychosocial Support," generously funded by the GIZ Palestine.

Through this endeavor, we have worked hand in hand with Nawa to refine their administrative procedures, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and a solid foundation for growth. The manual serves as a comprehensive guide, empowering Nawa to navigate the complexities of managing their operations with precision and confidence.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Nawa Association for Culture and Arts for their trust in our expertise. It has been an honor to collaborate on this innovative project, made possible through the generous support of the GIZ Palestine.

مهمة جديدة تم الانتهاء منها مؤخرا لصالح Theatre Day Productions أيام المسرح. حيث تم إعداد دراسة الخط القاعدي ودراسة الأثر لمشروع "دعم صمود المؤسسات والأفراد العاملين في المشهد الثقافي الفلسطيني- أناديكم"، والذي تنفذه أيام المسرح بتمويل من الصندوق العربي للإنماء الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، وإشراف Welfare Association - Taawon مؤسسة التعاون. ويهدف المشروع إلى دعم الفنانين/ات الشباب والمؤسسات الثقافية في قطاع غزة على خلق تجانس في مفهوم الهوية الثقافية الفلسطينية من منظور إبداعي فني معاصر.

We were privileged to provide consultancy services to develop a Baseline Study and Impact Assessment for their project: "Support the Resilience of Institutions and Individuals Working in the Palestinian Cultural Scene."

This innovative project was brought to life by Theatre Day Productions, in collaboration with the Welfare Association (Welfare Association - Taawon مؤسسة التعاون), and generously funded by the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development. It aimed to bolster the resilience of both institutions and individuals contributing to the vibrant Palestinian cultural landscape.

مهمة جديدة تم الانتهاء منها مؤخرا لصالح المركز الفلسطيني للديمقراطية وحل النزاعات PCDCR. حيث تم التعاقد معنا لتقييم "مشروع بيئة حامية من خطاب الكراهية وداعمة لحرية التعبير في قطاع غزة والضفة الغربية (2020-2022)"، والذي تم تنفيذه من قبل المركز الفلسطيني للديمقراطية وحل النزاعات PCDCR، بالشراكة مع مؤسسة Filastiniyat - فلسطينيات، وجمعية تطوير الأسرة، وشبكة وطن الإعلامية، بتمويل من الاتحاد الأوروبي.

We've recently collaborated with the esteemed Palestinian NGO, the Palestinian Center for Democracy and Conflicts Resolution (المركز الفلسطيني للديمقراطية وحل النزاعات PCDCR) We were entrusted with the task of providing external evaluation consultancy service for a project funded by the European Union.

The project, titled "Protective Environment from Hate Speech and Supportive for the Freedom of Expression in Gaza Strip and West Bank" aimed to foster a safer and more inclusive environment for freedom of speech. It was brought to life with the dedicated partnership of Filastiniyat (Filastiniyat - فلسطينيات), Family Development Association from the Gaza Strip, and Watan Media Network from the West Bank.

Our team meticulously analyzed the project's methodology, outcomes, and impacts. The insights and experiences gained from this task were invaluable, reinforcing our commitment to fostering collaboration and contributing to a collective mission of peace and understanding.
