في هذه الحاله قمت بتصميم ٦ زرعات لاتجنب عمليه رفع الجيوب،حيث صممت الزرعات الخلفيه بزاويه ٣٠ درجه.

This immediate load case is planned , designed , fabricated and operated by Dr. Sari Alyatim using Implant Studio and 3shape dental system.
It consists of three stages shown here :
1- planning and designing the surgical guide for placing the three implants using Implant studio.
2- planning and designing the screw retained acrylic bridge for immediate load using 3shape dental system.
3- placing the implants in the exact designed place using surgical guide and then put the bridge.
