This charming remodeled one bedroom & one bathroom apartment is located on the second floor of our colonial house on Sol Street, a quiet residential area in Old San Juan.

Enjoy this bright and stylish apartment with high ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, coffee-maker, microwave, toaster oven and large refrigerator and hi-speed internet (optic fiber). It has a large private terrace that overlooks Old San Juan’s rooftops, with an open sky and luscious tropical plants; It has two Adirondack chairs, a coffee table and great wifi connection.

The property has 17 solar panels and two Tesla batteries, no worries about power outages! Water cistern on roof. We hope you enjoy the colonial architecture, of over 200 years old, during your lovely stay in OSJ.

Caribe Rentals is a family business of short and long term rentals designed by Miguel Maldonado and Lourdes Suárez. A creative-retired couple that has been living in Old San Juan for many years. They have tailored four cozy apartments for you to choose your next vacation or business travel to Old San Juan or Miramar, Puerto Rico.

Miguel is the mastermind behind the interior decoration of the apartments and is in charge of maintaining the lush gardens. Lourdes is a retired French and Humanities professor, and your direct contact during your booking and stay.

For them good communication comes always first, when hosting friends, family and other travelers. They look forward to providing you with a joyful, homie and relaxing stay!
