SPF, or sun protection factor, is the measure of how well the sunscreen is going to protect your skin from UVB rays. An SPF of 30 is recommended for 97% of UVB rays blocked. Remember to apply a good coverage on the skin and reapply every two hours or right after sweating or swimming.
