WE ARE LOOKING FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS WHO CAN CIVILIZE WITH OTHER YOUNG PEOPLE IN AN ENVIRONMENT OF STUDIES AND RESPECT, WHILE THEY ARE COMPLETING THEIR BACHELOR, MASTER, DOCTOR'S DEGREE OR MEDICAL RESIDENCE.

We are looking preferably for a graduate student, (a) interested to have a private room, with Internet included, to be organized and to maintain the common areas and their rooms clean. Water, electricity and internet services are included. Cultural exchange students are welcome, Lgbt friendly, convenient contracts for 6 months or a year.

Amenities: Beautiful residence ten years of construction, surrounded by beautiful gardens, has 3 rooms (private) with screens, mirrored closet doors, tank water heater, 2 stoves, one electric and one gas (for when electricity fails ) alarm, security cameras, all led lights, buzzer, It's an EXCELLENT ALTERNATIVE !, you have to see it in person.

The tenants share common areas: balcony, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, patio. Furnished and with private parking. (optional) You just have to bring your clothes.

THE PRICE? FOR THOSE WHO SEEK ONLY THE BEST IS A GIFT!

ONLY TWO ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE ONE (10 X 10) AND THE OTHER (10 X 12). The rooms have one twin, the other full size bed.

In the urban center of Mayagüez. A "walk distance" from the Perea and San Antonio hospitals, Mayagüez University Campus, Recreation Palace and two minutes from state highway # 2.

Las despedidas son tristes, pero a la vez me siento alegre, porque fuimos sus anfitriones y recibieron la hospitalidad que nos caracteriza a los puertorriqueños.

Estoy muy orgulloso de que ambos Byron y Franca , se hayan enriquecido académicamente , culturalmente y alcanzado sus metas profesionales, en nuestra isla del Encanto. 🔬📚

Les deseo un futuro lleno de éxitos en todo lo que emprendan ambos.

Buen viaje de regreso a Franca Giannini a Argentina y a Byron Mota , a Guatemala. Y no podía faltar la foto de este momento tan especial. Por si no nos volvemos a ver mas nunca. Al menos 📲 hoy día la tecnología, nos permite aún permanecer en contacto.
