I've taken a break from posting just because I've been in a funky head space but now I'm starting to feel normal again but it's not me sitting still I've been absolutely flat chat smashing out concrete and other fun things this week n

Keeping busy sweaty gritty dirty coming home covered in cement and stinking on sweat I actually am bit of a naturalist and find I don't like spraying all those nasty colognes all those bad chemicals are getting in your body like I used to

Boots full of sand and watch those cement burns don't let wet cement get on you for too long because that's a big "Ouchy Fauci" !!!

I find that I really love cement work and block work the most of all the construction along with the carpentry side of things and as I move forward more I'll be dealing mostly in primarily with concrete and block work as well as carpentry and framing that's what I enjoy doing more than anything.

I like making and building things walls buildings block walls block fences yeah all that stuff pouring concrete is fun here in Puerto Rico

What actually shocks me is I feel like I'm the youngest bloke here doing this kind of work every time I go past the building site here in Puerto Rico I see a crew usually a guy 60 plus working all day and putting so many other young blokes to shame

Like absolutely nothing but admiration for the guys that do this stuff everyday who are like in their what should be retirement age it's tough work and those guys have got some skills and knowledge that takes years of practise and hands-on experience to know

But yeah I mean I'm 43 and I feel like I am a young kid and I go around the building sites

I need my head I still feel about 23 anyways

And truth is between the working ages of 12 - 35 I hardly did any kind of physical labour or work I never even played sports because a kid As I prefer playing computer games 😂

There's no way in any reality I'd have believed it that I'd prefer doing this kind of work the office work if you asked me younger years

Very different from the pretentious private boy toff I was forced to be 🤣🤣

And here we are Life is never stagnant
