We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable & QuickBooks Specialist (Contract)
We are seeking a detai-oriented professional to support our financial operations on a professional services / contractor basis.
This role focuses on managing Accounts Receivable, invoicing, payment tracking, and financial recordkeeping using QuickBooks.
Key Skills:
• Accounts Receivable management
• Bookkeeping experience
• QuickBooks (Online & Desktop)
• Bank reconciliations
• Invoicing and payment application
• Basic knowledge of debits & credits
• Excel proficiency
• Knowledge of Puerto Rico IVU basics
Engagement:
Professional Services / Independent Contractor
Compensation based on experience.
