Leading a VSM event in Puerto Rico a couple of weeks ago. Had my birthday while there. Was a bit sad not to be celebrating with the family (part of the job so no complaining here) - but the team in Fajardo knew how to make it worth while! Love their energy and support!

Another successful Shin event! My team won best sustained improvement (4 months of sustained Kaizen results). Shin is short for Shingijutsu. It’s like a super Kaizen, consisting of 4 Kaizen Events running simultaneously with a Japanese Sensei. Not for the light hearted! Tons of work in one week. Here are a few benefits:
