Projexel LLC just delivered the final construction drawings for the seismic and structural repairs identified on a seismic evaluation for this recognized property located in the municipality of Guayama, PR.

Construction is expected to start soon and we were also selected for the inspection and certification of such repairs during construction.

Projexel is developing construction drawings and specifications for the unique repairs needed for and identified on a damage assessment performed by us after the Hurricane Maria to this beautiful 22 condo complex located in Caguas/Gurabo, PR.

Major Improvements Designed:

1. Internal wind resisting frames and anchorage for the PVC fences at all garden units.
2. Seismic resisting reinforcement for damaged columns on the exterior concrete fence.
3. Joint detail to provide a watertight zone to avoid water intrusion into the existing retaining wall and minimize the pore pressure to the wall.
4. Repair specifications to restore the unsound concrete damaged by Hurricane projectiles.
5. Surface and crack repair specifications with Waterproofing details to eliminate the leaks on all penthouses and existing planters.
6. Site security and lighting improvements to safeguard residents and visitors and to lower the overall power consumption of the complex.
