I’ve always been an active person—climbing, skiing, mountaineering, and loving

the mountains—but years of work stress led to sciatica, lower back pain, and

tennis elbow. Conventional treatments gave only temporary relief.

In 2019, I discovered Holistic Fascia Release Therapy, and the results were

mind-blowing. Each session brought real, lasting change. Inspired by my own

healing, I trained at Klimek Academy and became a certified therapist in 2021.

Now, I help others release tension, restore movement, and reconnect with their

bodies, creating lasting balance and ease.

The body remembers everything — experiences, stress, emotions, and patterns
of movement.
These memories are often held within the fascia, shaping how we move,
breathe, and feel over time.

Fascia release is not about correcting or forcing change. It’s about creating
space, safety, and awareness so the body can return to its natural state of self-
regulation.

Modern science is now confirming what holistic practices have long
understood:
fascia is a living, responsive system.
Research shows that fascia adapts to touch, hydration, movement, and the
state of the nervous system. It changes not through force, but through
consistent, gentle input and a sense of safety within the body.
When the nervous system feels threatened or overwhelmed, fascia may tighten
as a protective response. True, lasting release happens when the body feels
safe, supported, and listened to.
Healing occurs at the meeting point of science and body wisdom.
