Last Sunday, we hit the track at 2026! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
 
This year, 15 of our teammates joined the charity run together with over 12,500 participants supporting Fundacja Everest. During this 14th edition, the event helped support 32 new beneficiaries of the foundation. We had two teams running in Wrocław and one joining remotely — with plenty of good energy, friendly competition and just enough motivation to survive the last stretch 🙌
 
Huge congratulations to everyone who took part — whether you were chasing a personal best, running your first race, or simply showing up to support a meaningful cause. The energy and team spirit throughout the event were absolutely incredible.

Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting the Wrocław .NET User Group meetup at CSHARK. Thank you all so much for coming!

We truly enjoyed the technical talks and the great networking atmosphere throughout the meetup. We’re glad we could help create the space for it.

Congratulations to the speakers for their strong presentations, and special thanks to Andrzej Mroczek and Paweł Łukasik for sharing practical knowledge and insights with the community.

Many thanks as well to the Wrocław .NET User Group team for building such a fantastic community and for bringing together so many engaged people around the local .NET scene. It’s great to see this kind of energy, openness, and involvement — and you can clearly feel it in the video too 😉

Thanks to everyone who joined our „Let’s Talk about AI” discussion panel. From the very beginning, the key question guiding our conversation was simple: will AI take our jobs or give us our lives back? 🔮🤔

A special thank you to our external guests for bringing fresh, thought-provoking perspectives: Aleksandra Kulińska, Senior Strategic Insights Manager at infuture.institute, and Piotr Krysiak, Engineering Leader and hands-on Solution Architect.

On our side, the session was hosted by Adam Skubiszewski, our Head of Software Development, with Radosław Chmielniak (General Engineering Manager) and Martyna Mrozek (Head of Product Design) representing CSHARK on the panel.

We talked about the future of work beyond the usual “jobs vs. AI” headlines: how the meaning of work evolves, whether AI can shift us from obligation to expression, what role robotics plays in making progress accessible beyond “office work,” and who gets to steer the direction of AI — through power, ethics, and education.

One takeaway landed strongly. As Aleksandra put it, if AI helps us regain time, the real question is what we do with that time. Ideally, it shouldn’t just be absorbed by the next sprint or another layer of “more.” Maybe it’s a chance to slow down, create space for what matters, and move from work-life balance toward something even better: life-work balance. Because the order matters 😉
