We are very happy to announce that Pure Biologics has concluded a term sheet with the strategic investor ACRX Investments Limited, which will support the company in research and development activities as well as provide financing of own contribution to projects from ABM. Negotiations related to ACRX's further involvement in the company's activities are also underway. The funds to be raised under the transaction will be used to further finance R&D (including projects PB003 and PB004). According to the term sheet, ACRX will grant the company a loan convertible into shares. The loan will amount to no less than PLN 12 million.

Celem badania będzie ewaluacja aktywności kandydatów na leki w mikrośrodowisku ludzkiego guza, co pozwoli ocenić odpowiedź farmakodynamiczną w heterogennym środowisku nowotworu.

🔥🔥Presage Biosciences officially announces its collaboration with Pure Biologics to conduct a Phase 0 clinical trial in the PB003 and PB004 projects. 🔥🔥

The aim of the study will be to evaluate the activity of drug candidates in the microenvironment of the human tumor, which will allow to assess the pharmacodynamic response in the heterogeneous tumor environment.
