Lastly we had the pleasure of hosting the largest group of students yet from the Leipzig Graduate School of Management! 🎓 This visit marks the fourth time we’ve collaborated with HHL, and each year the experience gets even more enriching.
Our talented team delivered insightful presentations on Artificial Intelligence 🤖 and Entrepreneurship 🚀, sparking engaging discussions and fresh ideas. The energy and enthusiasm were truly inspiring!

We’ve embraced in a significant way 🔥 Our primary communication tool, Slack, now incorporates the paid version of ChatGPT by OpenAI 👩🏼‍💻 We’ve seamlessly integrated this into our daily communication, eliminating the need for window-switching or extra clicks 👨🏻‍💻 While it’s challenging to quantify the results, the positive feedback has been overwhelming. So, for now, no changes are planned here.

As a company, our mantra is efficiency 🚀 and our strength lies in our readiness for change. After seven prosperous years in the industry, we’ve accumulated a wealth of insights. But as we step into 2024, let’s concentrate on what we consciously chose to leave behind last year. Firstly, our HR team has undergone a significant transformation. We’ve streamlined our recruitment process, enhancing the and introducing a new, unified structure. The result? A smoother and more pleasant experience for our candidates, a fact they’ve often expressed to us. Isn’t that gratifying?
