In the practice of kalarippayattu, I take an individual approach to class participants, taking into account their abilities and limitations especially in the areas of strength, mobility and coordination.

At the same time, I really enjoy working with a group, because through synchronized movement a powerful, transformative and integrative energy is generated that supports us all long after the training is over.

When I commit to something, I focus entirely on it and that’s why I love workshops as it’s always a time when we fully dedicate our attention and energy to kalari practice. Of course a regular training routine is very important but once in a while it’s good to have an intense experience that takes us forward and dips in the practice.

Stary rok pożegnany, czas na nowy 🔥
W styczniu i lutym harmonogram treningów jest wyjątkowy ze względu na nasz wyjazd do Indii i przerwę od 18 stycznia do 15 lutego, ale przed i po zapraszam na zajęcia dla osób początkujących i zaawansowanych:
🔸wtorki i czwartki 18:30-20:00
🔸wybrane soboty 10:00-11:30
Karnety kupione w styczniu ważne są do końca lutego.
