* The basic rate depends on age and may vary depending on total income in accordance with Polish law.

💰Bonus system:
The basic bonus is made with overtime. Bonus can be reached up to 1000+ PLN net - paid each month together with salary up to 20th.

📌 Student certificate is transferred in original (paper form)
📌 We help with legalization of stay (life cards, Zezwolenie Typ A)

📜DUTIES
✅ disbanding of composite parts for train cars) - separation of elements made of fiberglass and placing them on pallets
✅ ability to switch to lamination process if required (using resin with a roller)
✅ adhering to the instructions for the processed element
✅ visual control and quality of manufactured elements
✅ Unscrewing changeable parts by screw gun

🗂 REQUIREMENTS
• Legal residence (visa, TRC, confirmed TRC application)
• English B1
• good manual skills
• readiness to work at night
• experience in the same or similar jobs (welcome but not required)
• good eyesight , no health problems + good physical shape
• no allergies - due to specific chemicals smells at workarea
• ability to bend down while preparing larger details

📆 SCHEDULE AND SHIFTS
📌 8 hours/5 days a week
📌 2 days off (Saturday and Sunday)
📌 two shifts: 14-22 / 22-06
📌 overtime (10 hours shifts, work on Saturdays) - depends on orders

🕒 Working hours:
✔ basic 160, up to 200 (optional)
✔ break — 30 min

🏡ACCOMMODATION AND TRANSPORT:

🏠 Payment for housing - 450 PLN / month

📌 Accommodation conditions:
✔ Flats in Jelcz-Laskowice / Stanowice
✔ 2-4 people per room
✔ Couple gets own room
✔ Separate rooms for couples
✔ Blankets, pillows - available, you must have your own individual dishes and bedclothes
✔ Wi-Fi - free, available at all locations
✔ Shops - up to 1 km

🚌 Transport:
🚶‍♂️ Housing is usually within walking distance (+-20 minutes)
🚍 Workers can use public bus to workplace - company refunds costs during 2 months

✅ picking and segregating orders according to the work list
✅ wrapping details with the help of stretch paper
✅ adhering to the instructions for the processed elementImplement current production to the system with the help of a mobile scanner
✅ work with MS Office programs (on basic level)
✅control of parts on the content of defects before wrapping

🗂 REQUIREMENTS

• basic experience at warehouse
• minimal understanding of a personal computer
• desire to become a specialist in this profile and willingness to learn
