The new typeface “Ferment Regular” is inspired by an uncompromising juxtaposition of organic and inorganic forms. The “fermented”letters defy common normative tendencies and reject the idea of a final form, emphasizing what is irregular and unpredictable. The flexible visual identity system encompasses the diverse and multifaceted activities of the new institution, combining art, cuisine, nature, and local community.
