➡ „Serwis bieżący oraz okresowa konserwacja systemu klimatyzacji precyzyjnej, klimatyzacji komfortu, wentylacji mechanicznej”
prowadzonego przez Centrum Personalizacji Dokumentów MSWiA w Warszawie.

Zakres obejmuje utrzymanie w pełnej sprawności technicznej m.in.:
– agregatów wody lodowej,

– central wentylacyjnych,
– układów chłodniczych,
– infrastruktury sterowania i automatyki HVAC

Odpowiadamy za ciągłość działania infrastruktury wspierającej kluczowe procesy administracji publicznej.

Umowa została zawarta na okres 36 miesięcy i obejmuje przeglądy okresowe, działania konserwacyjne oraz usuwanie awarii – przy zachowaniu najwyższych standardów technicznych i formalnych.
Szczególnie cieszy nas fakt, że wracamy na obiekt, który realizowaliśmy ponad 10 lat temu 🔁

We are pleased to announce that FAST Group has been selected to deliver maintenance services under the tender:
➡ “Ongoing Service and Periodic Maintenance of Precision Air Conditioning, Comfort Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation Systems”
conducted by the Personalization Documents Centre of the Ministry of Interior and Administration (CPD MSWiA) in Warsaw.

The scope includes maintaining full technical efficiency of:
– chillers,
– precision air conditioning units,
– VRV/VRF systems,
– air handling units,
– cooling systems,
– HVAC control and automation infrastructure
at the CPD MSWiA facility located at Smyczkowa 10 Street in Warsaw — covering both scheduled preventive maintenance and strict SLA response requirements.
We are responsible for ensuring the continuity of infrastructure supporting key public administration processes.

The contract has been awarded for a period of 36 months and includes periodic inspections, preventive maintenance and corrective interventions — delivered in line with the highest technical and compliance standards.
What makes this project especially meaningful for us is the fact that we are returning to a facility we originally delivered more than 10 years ago 🔁
This is the strongest confirmation of quality and long-term commitment to critical infrastructure.

Z przyjemnością informujemy o zakończeniu w 2025 roku kompleksowej realizacji inwestycji dla Poznańskie Centrum Superkomputerowo-Sieciowe PCSS⚡🖥️
Zakres wykonanych przez nas prac obejmował pełną modernizację systemu zasilania chronionego w infrastrukturze krytycznej, realizowaną w kilku etapach, z zachowaniem ciągłości pracy infrastruktury:
🔹 opracowanie projektu instalacji elektrycznej dla nowego systemu zasilania UPS oraz urządzeń klimatyzacyjnych, wraz z niezbędnymi modyfikacjami istniejącej infrastruktury,
🔹 dostawę, montaż i uruchomienie nowoczesnego, modułowego zasilacza UPS o sprawności >97,5% skalowalnego do 750kW w ramach dostarczonej ramy wraz z systemem baterii,
🔹 dostawę i instalację nowych urządzeń klimatyzacji, dostosowanych do specyfiki pracy pomieszczeń technicznych,
🔹 demontaż oraz utylizację dotychczas eksploatowanych zasilaczy UPS i klimatyzatorów, zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami,
Całość została objęta opieką serwisową realizowaną przez naszych inżynierów. Realizacja tego typu inwestycji wymaga precyzyjnego planowania, doświadczenia oraz ścisłej współpracy wszystkich stron 🤝

We are pleased to announce the completion of a comprehensive investment project for the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences – the Poznań Supercomputing and Networking Center (PCSS) ⚡🖥️
The scope of our work included a full modernization of the protected power supply system within critical infrastructure. The project was carried out in several stages while maintaining uninterrupted operation of the infrastructure throughout the entire process:
🔹 development of the electrical installation design for the new UPS power supply system and air conditioning units, including the necessary modifications to the existing infrastructure,
🔹 delivery, installation, and commissioning of a modern, modular UPS system with efficiency over 97.5%, scalable up to 750 kW in one frame, together with a battery system,
🔹 delivery and installation of new air conditioning units tailored to the specific operating requirements of technical rooms,
🔹 decommissioning of the previously used UPS systems and air conditioners, in accordance with applicable regulations,
The entire system is now covered by service support provided by our engineers. Projects of this type require precise planning, experience, and close cooperation between all parties involved 🤝
We are glad that we could support PCSS in its further development and in increasing the reliability of infrastructure that forms the foundation of advanced computing and IT services 😊

W ramach kompleksowej inwestycji pn. „Nadbudowa obiektu Państwowego Instytutu Medycznego MSWiA” przy ul. Wołoskiej w Warszawie, realizowanej wspólnie z 3R Modular / Climatic - Budownictwo Modułowe, mieliśmy przyjemność odpowiadać za część związaną z infrastrukturą serwerowni – kluczowego elementu zaplecza IT szpitala 🏥💻
Całość została wykonana w konstrukcji modułowej, prefabrykowanej. Po zakończeniu nadbudowy liczba kondygnacji nadziemnych wzrośnie z 2 do 5, powierzchnia netto budynku zwiększy się z 200 m² do ponad 600 m², a kubatura obiektu z 1 100 m³ do ponad 2 800 m³ 📈
🔧 Zakres naszych prac obejmował m.in.:
• opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej 📑
• zasilanie gwarantowane wraz z instalacjami elektroenergetycznymi ⚡️
• systemy gaszenia gazem wraz z detekcją 🧯
• system wczesnej detekcji dymu 🚨

As part of the comprehensive project “Extension of the building of the State Medical Institute of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration (MSWiA)” at Wołoska Street in Warsaw, carried out together with 3R Modular / Climatic - Budownictwo Modułowe , we had the pleasure of delivering the data center (server room) infrastructure — a key element of the hospital’s IT backbone 🏥💻
The entire build was delivered using a modular, prefabricated construction approach. Once completed, the number of above-ground floors will increase from 2 to 5, the net floor area will grow from 200 m² to over 600 m², and the building volume will expand from 1,100 m³ to over 2,800 m³ 📈
🔧 Our scope of work included, among others:
• design documentation 📑
• guaranteed power supply and electrical installations ⚡️
• gas fire suppression systems with detection 🧯
• early smoke detection system 🚨
• security systems: CCTV and access control 🎥🔐
• structured cabling 🧵
• leak detection system 💧
• BMS systems 🧠
Importantly, all works were carried out while maintaining the Institute’s uninterrupted operations ✅
