Present Perfect Simple vs Present Perfect Continuous

Do we write our own life script or is it written by life? Nothing is what it seems. A sudden twist and you find yourself in a mist behind which there might be a new chapter waiting. Follow the light, the unknown, the unpredictable because the best scripts are written right there.
