With a career over 12 years in executive aviation as a corporate flight attendant, my journey laid the foundation for High Sky Dining’s commitment to a higher standard of in-flight dining. My extensive aviation experience together with a decade-long restaurant ownership birthed my catering company. I have a great passion for private aviation and an unwavering dedication to culinary excellence.

The menus crafted under my guidance are not just culinary creations; they are a symphony of flavors tailored to taste great at altitude, using only the finest ingredients. I truly understand the unique needs of cabin crew and demanding passengers. Me and my team strive to make your journey stress-free.
