We are excited to announce that we’re restoring our global publishing vertical through the acquisition of Cooldown Games brand, team, and portfolio.

Cooldown Games was founded in 2024 by Gearbox Publishing veterans, and we previously collaborated with the team on Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition (2017), which sold more than 1 million units worldwide across PC and console platforms.

The transaction advances PCF Group's strategy to strengthen its publishing activity in the self-publishing model. In addition to supporting internally developed titles, CDG will selectively pursue third-party publishing agreements, with multiple launches already planned across 2026 and 2027.
