Hi! Let us introduce the basic steps with descriptions of how we work with our Clients on building their products:

STEP 1️⃣. Assigning an account manager and PO in one person
At a very early stage, right after receiving an inquiry or RFP, we assign to the Client an account manager/product owner. It’s a person who’s responsible for all contact with the Client regarding their project.

STEP 2️⃣. Workshop gathering needs & ideas
We organize a meeting with the Client, during which we collect the requirements and determine their priority. We can organize such a workshop either remotely or in person. The length of the meeting is defined individually.

STEP 3️⃣. Creating initial backlog
The collected requirements become the base for us to prepare an initial backlog of the product. This is where we also provide a price range estimate.

STEP 4️⃣. Creating initial mock-up
Before starting development work, we are able to prepare mock-ups that present the future product. This stage is optional, most often performed in the case of larger or more complex products.

STEP 5️⃣. Iterative product development
We work in sprints, meaning in short iterations of a couple weeks each. At the end of each of them, we meet with the Client and present the effects of our work. During those meetings we confirm the work is on the right track or make adjustments.
