Did you know that according to Eurostat, 40% of Poles skip regular health check-ups? Despite access to benefits like private healthcare, many of us only take action when symptoms appear.

At Link Group, we’re determined to change this mindset. That’s why we partnered with upacjenta.pl to organize a Health Action Day in our offices—and the turnout was incredible!

As part of our commitment to preventive care, we offered employees the chance to check their health through blood tests. Participants could choose from tailored packages such as:

🩸 Screening package,
🩸 Mental health package,
🩸 Diabetes package,
🩸 Immunity package,
🩸 Oncology package.

To make the experience even more memorable, we prepared special stickers for everyone who completed their tests. With slogans like “Because blood tells all!”, “We check to protect,” and “blood tests for better lives!”, these stickers served as fun reminders of the importance of regular check-ups.

After their tests, employees enjoyed refreshing fruit smoothies to recharge and get back to full strength. Because, as the saying goes, “a healthy body is a healthy mind”!

Huge thanks to the initiator of the project, Paweł Klejmont, Co-Founder, and the organizer, Monika Nazarczuk. Taking care of the health of our employees is a priority for us, as we know that well-being is the key to efficiency and engagement. We also thank everyone who participated!
