Check out one of our all-time favourite projects, in which we managed to fully digitize the document workflow and task management for KPPLegal - a large legal office from Warsaw.

After 2+ years in use, the system still keeps evolving, boosting efficiency for lawyers and reducing paper consumption!

This simple yet conceptually complex platform was designed closely around user and business needs. Before we jumped to coding we held multiple in-depth interviews and spent many hours on process diagramming, wireframing as well as usability testing. Thanks to that we managed to build the app that fitted well into existing processes, which ensured fast adoption on an organizational level.

With the first month of 2025 behind us, it's a great time to reflect on the past year and showcase our recent work.

For both employers and employees, the past year was challenging. Investors grew more cautious, leading to fewer projects and many being put on hold. As a result, many professionals had to seek new job opportunities.

Fortunately, we not only managed to navigate these challenges but also achieved a 22% year-over-year growth. We also expanded our team - welcoming two new members. This wouldn’t be possible without our long-lasting partners as well as new ones that joined forces with us only last year. For these partners we delivered projects, which we’ll be showcasing here over the next weeks.

2024 was for us also a year of industry recognition. In the TechBehemoths ranking, we were honored as one of Poland’s top companies in React.js, Web Development, and UX/UI Design categories. We were also named among the top software houses in Poland by Business Insider, link in comment below.

Backend Developer (Laravel)

Responsibilities
- Developing the backend layer of the web application (from scratch)
- Code maintenance
- Architecture planning

Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Laravel 9
- 2-3 years of experience in PHP
- Vast knowledge of PHP 8.1
- Knowledge of backend tools (Gitlab, Composer, Docker)
- Ability to implement software design patterns
- Knowledge of SOLID principles
- Experience working with relational databases

Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Experience working with AWS
- Knowledge of Domain Driven Design approach

Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in web app development
- Proven experience with React and NextJS
- Good knowledge of frontend tools (Webpack / Vite, TypeScript, styled-components, Sass, REST API)
- Experience with version control systems (GitLab)
- Willingness to give and & recieve feedback

Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Experience working in Scrum and Kanban methodologies

Check out the MVP we built for Projekt Matematyka - kurs matematyki!

Projekt matematyka is a well known private math academy from Warsaw, which had a strong interest in expanding its presence on polish market through sale of online courses.

In order to validate this idea, we designed and developed a custom e-learning platform along with an integrated landing page, enabling for fast concept validation without compromising the user experience.
