Lekcja pilatesu klasycznego na macie dla studentów Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego.
W sumie 3 grupy po ok 35 osób. Czyli razem ponad 100 studentow !

Trochę teorii i ciekawostek o samym twórcy systemu Josefie Pilatesie i lekcja pokazowa.

Jakże cieszył mnie pozytywny feedback po zajęciach I zainteresowanie dalszym zgłębianiem tematu 😍

A classical Pilates mat class for University of Warsaw students. In total, three groups with around 35 people each, making it over 100 students in total!

system's creator, Joseph Pilates, and a demonstration class. I was truly delighted by the positive feedback after the session and the interest in further exploring the subject
