🚀 “How Polish startups break the mould” – this question kicked off one of the final sessions at Masters & Robots 2025, track. In this thought-provoking panel discussion, InCredibles’ Jaroslaw Sroka asked young leaders whether Poland is a good place to run impact-oriented businesses – and how they balance mission-driven goals with business performance.
🌎 Right after that, we shifted our perspective from local to global. Philip Meissner offered a broader view of how decision-makers around the world are currently focusing on two key questions: What is the impact of AI? How will geopolitics affect their business? Philip’s talk served as a comprehensive roadmap for navigating what lies ahead and demonstrated how to turn geopolitical threats into strategic opportunities.
⚙️ AI reality check. What have we actually learned so far – at both the organisational and institutional level? Ania Wiącek-Kocot from BCG Platinion, Piotr Matczuk, CEO of the Polski Fundusz Rozwoju, Łukasz Dziekan from InPost, and Magdalena Kasiewicz from Hewlett Packard Enterprise shared their perspectives.
🏦 “We believe that generative AI is a technology that will allow us to redefine banking for the 21st century – banking that is here and now, available 24/7,” said VeloBank’s Przemyslaw Koch during his power speech. He went on to explore how we can build trust in generative AI within modern banking, and what the biggest challenges facing the banking sector in 2025 are.

🏢 What happens when cities begin to think? In his bold keynote opening track, Jonathan Reichental, Ph.D. encouraged us to look beyond today’s cities – full of traffic jams and air pollution – and imagine a world where urban areas adapt to us and anticipate our personal needs. In real time.
💶 Consumer 2035 – Brace yourselves for... Apocalypse? Autopilot? AI paradise? Apathetic whateverism? In her power speech, Mastercard’s Agnieszka Śpionek deliberated on these speculative scenarios for the future of finance. She explored a world dominated by digital wallets as hubs for managing everyday life, an era of emotional banking powered by AI, and a future where security and trust become the main currency of a new economy.
🌐 The pace of technological innovation is accelerating, impacting every business sector. From breakthroughs in quantum computing to biotechnology and neurointerfaces, the next wave of innovation is already transforming business models. How do organisations identify the technologies that will truly power their future? Which technological trends have transformative potential and which will remain niche? Discussion led by Dariusz Jemielniak focused on a strategic approach to new technologies of the future. The panel fetured also Zbigniew Wiśniewski, Radosław Maćkiewicz, Filip Konopczyński and Maciej Bocian.
🤝 Thank you for being with us at Masters & Robots 2025!

🔥 Prof. Marek Kowalkiewicz’s book “The Economy of Algorithms” went like hot cakes!
📚 At Masters & Robots 2025, the first 400 attendees received a free, author-signed copy of the book – and they were gone in no time!
No surprise there – prof. Kowalkiewicz is a global authority on the digital economy and artificial intelligence. He was also the first keynote speaker on Day 1, exploring the key ideas from his book – how algorithms are reshaping the way we live, work, and make business decisions.

🤖 During the panel at Masters & Robots 2025, moderator Marcin Sawicki, journalist at TVN, shared research showing that while artificial intelligence accelerates processes and boosts productivity in companies, it rarely generates real profit.
“That’s nothing new or surprising,” said Łukasz Dziekan, Financial Services Business Director at InPost, “Every new technology brings both challenges and change - and that always comes with risk.”
According to him, the real issue lies elsewhere:
👉 Do we know how to use data effectively?
👉 Can we build new systems around it?
👉 How many people actually know how to manage it?
Only once we master these skills will AI become a truly useful tool – not just at an individual level, but across entire organisations.

- To nic nowego i zaskakującego - stwierdził Łukasz Dziekan, Financial Services Business Director w InPost.
