For over 5 years, I have been working in the cable harness industry, where every day brings new challenges and opportunities for improvement. At Cordify Group, I am involved in prototyping, implementing new projects into production, optimizing production lines, and overseeing our machinery fleet.

The industry I work in demands not only precision but also dynamism and openness to unconventional solutions. Each project is a chance to improve processes and introduce technologies that enhance the quality of our work and products. My goal is not only to ensure the smooth operation of machines but also to create the technological foundations for the reliability and innovation of Cordify Group.

Working here gives me immense satisfaction because I know that what we do has a real impact on the company's development and customer satisfaction. I thrive in my role as Sales and Purchases Manager at Cordify Group. I vividly remember our beginnings in 2021 – a period of intense growth when every pair of hands was incredibly valuable. To meet the challenges and fulfill urgent orders together with the team, I engaged not only in my daily work but also in production and logistics activities. This experience allowed me to better understand the specifics of the company and build a solid foundation for my role. Looking back, I recall those days with great fondness.

Today, I can fully focus on what I am passionate about – building and developing the sales and purchasing department. At Cordify, I develop systems that streamline our daily operations while building long-term relationships with clients based on trust and understanding of their needs.
