🐟 JOB OFFER – Fish Factory (Szczecin)

🏢 1. Company & Location

Company: Fish Factory
City: Szczecin, Poland

✅ Type of work / duties:
You will work inside the factory. Tasks may include:

Preparing and filleting fish 🐠

Packing and labeling products 📦

Keeping the workplace clean and organized 🧼

Supporting the production line (simple factory tasks)

⚠️ This is physical work, mostly standing, repetitive tasks.

🕒 2. Working Hours

Workdays: Monday – Friday
Minimum: 8 hours/day
Most employees work: 10–12 hours/day

Shift system (2 shifts):

06:00 – 14:00

14:00 – 22:00

📌 Hours can be higher depending on production needs.

💰 3. Salary & Bonuses

Hourly rate:

25.36 PLN/hour for the first 112 hours

22.68 PLN/hour for every next hour
🎁 + bonuses (often available)

Minimum monthly hours: 180 hours
Most workers do: 240+ hours/month

🏠 4. Accommodation

We can provide accommodation in Szczecin:

Cost: 300 – 600 PLN/month (depends on standard/room)

Rooms: 2–4 people per room
