Breakheart Backyard Ultra. Won it. 31 yards ( 203 km ) . New course record. 🏆

From lap one I knew it was my day. Nutrition worked, legs worked, head worked. Everything at once — doesn't happen often.

Not an easy course either — a lot hillier than my last backyard. You feel every loop in legs. But that's kind of the whole point.

I just run. Simple as that. Everything else gets handled by my support.

Marta Buda who's somehow everywhere at once, doesn't sleep, doesn't complain, and always knows what I need before I do. Marcin Zientek and Magda — you showed up, you stayed, you didn't quit. That kind of support isn't a given and I really appreciate it.

And to everyone who was following along, sending messages, checking the tracker — you actually feel it out there. Knowing someone's rooting for you makes it easier. Thank you.

Huge thanks to the organisers — Gert Lush Events brilliant event, great atmosphere, well run from start to finish. 100% one to recommend. Congrats to every runner who toed the line. Backyard is something else.
