We are looking for German-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join an international travel industry project in Gdańsk. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems and working in a team, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Your main tasks will include:
✈️ supporting customers with their bookings by phone and email
📝 modifying reservations and handling complaints
🤝 making sure customers have a smooth and positive experience

What we offer:

Requirements:
🇩🇪 German at C1 level
🇬🇧 English at minimum B2 level
