The „Healthy Eating - Smart Thinking” project implemented by the New Horizons Foundation and sponsored by Cracow city. 🥑🥕 🍌🍎🧘🏻‍♀️💧

Two months of visiting Polish schools, learning children and teenagers about healthy lifestyle. It was such a pleasure and important mission! Healthy lifestyle is a key in preventing as well as treating emotional problems. I also appreciate the opportunity to sneak in issues of mindfulness and mental health. It was very interesting how it all meets with true curiosity and reflection. Only the coffee visits in the school shops was not pleasant experiences, because the shops equipments deny totally the principles of healthy eating. Let’a hope it will change soon. Nevertheless, I believe everything starts from a thought which is a seed. Especially for this young creatures.🤞🏼
