We are proud to announce the successful delivery of an Air Heater to a fertilizer production plant in Slovakia.

Designed and manufactured in accordance with EN 13445 and the 2014/68/EU Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), this unit will operate continuously at 250 °C and 20/FV bar, ensuring reliable performance under demanding process conditions.

The air heater features advanced aluminium L-fin finned tubes (Ø25×2.6, L=6000) combined with austenitic stainless steel (1.4541), enhancing heat transfer efficiency through increased surface area while maintaining corrosion resistance and durability in calcium ammonium nitrate (CAN) production. This design allows for a compact construction without compromising thermal performance.
