🔔Announcement No. 1/2024 of the student election commission of the Faculty of Medical Sciences in Katowice regarding the organization of elections to the Student Government Association of Silesian University of Medicine in Katowice🔔

Dear Colleagues,
Students of the Faculty of Medical Sciences in Katowice,
We would like to invite you to participate in the elections to the SGA.

The number of available positions is 8.

Those who are interested, are asked to e-mail their applications no later than January 30th 2024, 11:59pm. The publication of the names of the candidates on the SGA SUM profile on facebook and instagram will take place on January 31th, 2024.
The elections will be held online on Febrary 3rd, 2024 and the results will be announced by the 6th of February. The announcement will be through social media platforms.

How to apply?
Applications, i.e. a completed declaration (downloadable template available below) should be sent by e-mail to the following address: [email protected]
Remember to use your student e-mail (@365.sum.edu.pl)
Optional – Please also attach a short description of the candidate (2-3 sentences) regarding your motivation to apply for the SGA and the goals related to it, along with a photo. They will be used to describe the candidate’s image on the SGA SUM page and will be directed to voters for information purposes. Candiates may also record a short viedo of themselves explaninig their motivation to join SGA no later than February 1st, 2024. This viedo will be published on the Instagram.
