Today we celebrate Global Accessibility Awareness Day 2026! 🌍

This year’s GAAD comes at an important moment for educational publishers and EdTech providers across Europe. Since the European Accessibility Act came into effect in June 2025, WCAG 2.2 compliance has become an essential part of digital publishing.

For many organizations, the challenge is no longer understanding accessibility requirements. It’s implementing them consistently across large-scale digital content production.
