✨We live in a time where many individuals are needing and seeking healing more than ever. As a civilization, we face a great deal of imbalance, and in that search for healing, I see many people understandably turning to various entheogenic medicines, including plant teachers, thinking this is the only way they can connect more deeply with themselves and find meaning.

While this can be a viable path for some, it is full of countless risks that can easily undermine the very healing an individual seeks. It’s also very real that there simply is not enough vine to wake up the entire world without devastating the forests from which it comes. Over decades of study and research, I’ve found that profound healing and self-connection is possible through Music alone. She is renewable and infinite as our creativity. No matter what lineage we come from, sound and movement are essential to the healing process, guiding us through the hero’s journey and helping us return to ourselves, making us more whole.

This is the intention woven throughout every Music is Medicine Retreat—to explore the power of sound and movement for healing, with Music as our guide singing one another home to the heart. 🎶⭕🎶
