Logo 1st is official Team "Pindiz"
Logo 2nd is my suggestion

In my opinion, the logo could become much stronger if it included elements like:

✔ Pindi’s street culture
✔ A one-wheel bike stunt
✔ Cricket elements (bat or ball)
✔ The same brand colors and aggressive font

A design like this would not just represent a team, but the spirit and identity of Rawalpindi itself.

Just my creative suggestion as a designer.
