Moin Khan is a young patient battling severe kidney failure and his condition has reached a critical stage. Doctors at Rehman Medical Institute (RMI) in Peshawar have recommended an urgent kidney transplant, as dialysis alone cannot sustain him for long. His mother, out of pure love, is willing to donate her kidney to save her child's life, but the family is facing a heartbreaking financial struggle.

The required cost for the transplant is PKR 2.5 Million, an amount that is far beyond their reach.

The case has been verified by the hospital, and every passing day is precious for Moin. His family is holding onto hope, praying that support reaches them in time so he can get a second chance at life.
