Need Help from the Dev Community!
I'm working on a production-level banking app with 100+ screens. The current APK size is 210MB, and I'm looking for effective ways to reduce the size without:
=> Deleting images/assets
=> Commenting out unused code
=> Using packages like flutter_unused_assets (already tried, no noticeable difference)

Since the project is quite large, with a lot of files and dependencies, I’m looking for advanced strategies or best practices to significantly reduce the APK size while maintaining the full functionality.
Any tips, tools, or guidance from those who've worked on large-scale Flutter apps would be greatly appreciated! 🙏
