Accomplishments

Team Dareecha participated in a World AIDS Day event 2025 with Strong Emphasis on Youth Leadership and an Inclusive HIV Prevention and Response in Islamabad as on December 15, 2025)

World AIDS Day 2025 with a high-level Youth Symposium on HIV Prevention, hosted by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) in collaboration with the Common Management Unit for AIDS, TB & Malaria (MoNHSR&C), UNAIDS, and ACT International.

Dareecha participated through a part of the event and penal discussion related to the wrong perceptions and myths exists in the society towards the communities and being PLHIV and also the challenges do transgender youth face in getting correct information about HIV.
