Visit of Secretary Culture, Tourism & Archives Department to IDO Display Center

Mr. Sohail ur Rehman, Secretary Culture, Tourism & Archives Department, Government of Balochistan, visited the IDO Display Center. He was accompanied by Mr. Dawood Khan, Director Culture; Mr. Jamil Baloch, Director Archives; Mr. Anjum Bashir, Section Officer, Culture Department; and Mr. Attaullah Kakar.

The Chief Executive Officer of IDO briefed the delegation on the productive development cycle carried out through The Hunnermand platform, which currently engages over four thousand artisans producing a diverse range of cultural crafts.

Mr. Sohail highly appreciated the craftsmanship of the artisans and commended IDO’s role in providing a sustainable platform for the promotion and marketability of these products at the national level.

Innovative Development Organization (IDO), with the support of the Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF), organized a Defence Day event at Professors Public School & College, Quetta, on September 18, 2025.
The event was graced by Ali Zehri, DIG Civil Defence, who appreciated the enthusiasm and talent displayed by the students.
The program highlighted the valor and determination of our national heroes. A heartfelt tribute was paid to their unwavering gallantry through patriotic speeches delivered by students and teachers. Participants reaffirmed their commitment and devotion to stand united in every sphere of life, with a shared resolve to make Pakistan strong and prosperous.
