When will depreciation be ZERO?

Remember the following situations:-

1. When the residual amount exceeds cost.
2. For land.
3. We use Units of Production Method and there is no activity carried during the year.
4. When an asset is fully depreciated.
5. Asset retired from active use.
6. Assets classified under IFRS 5.
7. When one asset is used for the construction of other asset. Then, for that specific period charge on P&L will be zero and depreciation will form part of other asset cost.
8. Assets with infinity life.
9. Investment property at FV model.
