🥭 One Day Training on Mango Post-Harvest Management, Grading, Sorting, Packaging, and Marketing Held in Shujaabad

Under the Government of Punjab’s SAMIS, Punjab Project, the Marketing Facilitation Center (MFC) Multan organized a one-day training program in Basti Jatla, Shujaabad, on mango post-harvest management, grading, packaging, and modern marketing practices.

Dr. Tanvir Khaliq Shami, Project Director SAMIS, Punjab , and Director Agriculture (Economics & Marketing), Punjab, highlighted the importance of modern agricultural marketing and the role of the AMIS platform in providing farmers with market information, price trends, and export-related guidance.

Experts from MNS University of Agriculture, Multan, and Mango Research Station, Shujaabad, trained farmers on quality management, packaging, transportation, and reducing post-harvest losses.

The program emphasized that adopting modern technologies and market-oriented practices can help mango growers improve product quality and achieve better returns.
